""Absolutely fantastic experience at Puerto Peru in Cali! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted. The staff was incredibly hospitable, especially when my child accidentally spilled the chicha morada – they cleaned it up with such kindness and no fuss. The ambiance was charming with lovely decorations. Being Peruvian myself, I was impressed by the authenticity and taste of the food. The causa de atún was divine, and the arroz chaufa 3 carnes was an explosion of flavors. The incorporation of 'carne de chancho' in the chaufa was exceptional, reminiscent of true Chifa cuisine. The fettuccini with lomo saltado was a taste sensation! The tenderness of the meat combined with firm tomatoes and onions was just perfect. The cebiche Puerto Peru was delightful, although they used mazorca amarilla instead of choclo. The bathrooms were clean, and the music set a great vibe. Overall, an outstanding experience at this Peruvian gem in Cali!" Highly recommended for anyone seeking an authentic and flavorsome Peruvian dining experience."
